Arrival on Saturday from 16 hours Departure on Saturday before 10:30

When is a weekend stay, hours of arrival and departure will be specified in the contract.

The reservation will be confirmed by sending a check to the owner of 25% of the rent for the deposit, together with the signed rental agreement.

The balance (75%) will be paid at the entrance to the premises.

The tax will also be paid at the entrance (sum of the number resident per day).

A deposit of € 800 is delivered to the owner on arrival against receiving the keys. The deposit will be returned upon departure or up to 15 days, less damage.

For his departure, the tenant agrees to make housing as clean as he found upon his arrival, otherwise the owner could seek a lump sum of € 60.
